Quality control matters more than price
The cheapest factory is almost never the best one. We've seen buyers lose entire shipments because they went with the lowest quote without checking the factory first. Our approach is different: we visit the production site, check their output history, look at how they treat their workers, and test samples before any bulk order goes through. If a factory can't hold a standard, we don't use them.
Every inspection is documented with photos and a written report that you receive before anything ships. If the goods don't match your specifications, they stay at the factory until the issue is resolved.

We offer two payment structures, and you pick the one you're comfortable with. The default is deposit plus balance: you pay a deposit upfront, we source and produce the order, inspect it against your specs, and only then do you pay the balance — before the goods ship. Nothing ships until you've approved the inspection report. For buyers who'd rather their bank was in the loop, we can also arrange Documents against Payment (D/P): the factory ships the goods, and your bank only releases the shipping documents — which you need to claim the goods — once you've paid. Worth knowing: D/P protects you from paying blind, but it isn't a substitute for a physical inspection, since it's your bank checking paperwork, not the product itself. That's why we recommend a pre-shipment inspection alongside D/P, not instead of it. Either way, the payment terms are agreed and written into your contract before we start.

Rien ne part tant que vous n'avez pas validé le rapport d'inspection.
